About You
The Order Coordination Specialist is a role that focuses on order placement/management for specific AT&T BVoIP products. This role will monitor, drive, and escalate orders based on a defined timeline and ensure information is accurately communicated/translated while providing a high-level customer support experience. This role may be specialized or generalized depending on the focus of each product set and is expected to execute deliverables within defined SLAs, meeting all KPIs and targets outlined by leadership.
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
- Verify order packages by ensuring contracts and technical forms are legible and complete
with all signature presents. - Schedule kick off call with sales to review requirements, concerns and designs.
- Prepare and complete all aspects of BVoIP (IP Flexible Reach and IP Toll Free) over AVPN, ADI New Start Order or MACD hand off packages.
- Accurately complete the MDS (Minimum Data Set) Workbook, RDS (Required Data Set),
GDS (GOSS Data Set) and any supporting documentation. - Provide expertise regarding BOEs, Enhanced Features, BGP-R, Resiliency, IAR, and AVPN
Access Path/POP diversity. - Assists in securing new IP Flex TN Reservations, coordination of CSR activity via the TN
Porting Prep Team and secures Toll Free Reservations. - Provide reporting for products as the AT&T Product Manager requires.
- Analyze reports for traditional IP Toll-Free.
- Write processes and procedures at the direction of the AT&T Product Manager for IP
Toll-Free.
What we’re looking for
- Specific AT&T Product knowledge (IP Toll-Free, IP Flexible Reach).
- 10+ years telecommunications/technology experience is required.
- Familiarity with AT&T CRM systems (Rome, GOSS, eOrder).
- Order Entry/Tracking/Management experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of technology provider contract verbiage and vernacular.
- Superb customer support, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
- Top-level data integrity, organization, and analytical skills required.
