As a Sales Development Representative on Suzy’s new business team, you will be the first line of communication with future Suzy customers. Your mission is to open doors, spark curiosity, and qualify opportunities that align with Suzy’s agile research platform and managed service capabilities. You’ll work closely with Enterprise AEs and marketing to drive new logo growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and engage target accounts across verticals (CPG, retail, tech, healthcare, etc.)
Craft personalized email and social campaigns to generate interest
Make cold calls and conduct qualification conversations to uncover needs
Partner with AEs on account-based strategies and territory planning
Track all activities and notes in Salesforce with discipline
Maintain a high level of Suzy product and market fluency to deliver value in every interaction
Participate in weekly sales stand-ups and collaborate on playbooks and messaging
Qualifications:
1–3 years of outbound SDR experience at a SaaS company (or research-tech, martech, or adtech)
Strong written and verbal communication
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
Grit, curiosity, and a desire to progress into full-cycle sales
Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed outreach and meeting quota
Bonus Points:
Experience selling into Marketing, Innovation, or Insights teams
Familiarity with research concepts like concept testing, brand tracking, etc.

The target base compensation for this role is $60,000 - $65,000
