Role Overview:

As our Program Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Techstars Berlin, orchestrating the magic that helps startups thrive. We’re on the hunt for a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who lives and breathes the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Maestro: Seamlessly manage the day-to-day operations of our accelerator, ensuring every event, meeting, and milestone is executed flawlessly.
• Startup Champion: Be the go-to advisor for startup founders, providing hands-on support and connecting them with top-tier mentors, investors, and resources.
• Event Visionary: Plan and bring to life inspiring workshops, mentor sessions, demo days, and networking events that leave a lasting impact.
• Mentor Guru: Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with mentors, ensuring they deliver unparalleled support to our startups.
• Investor Whisperer: Build and sustain investor relationships, facilitating crucial introductions and aiding startups in their fundraising journeys.
• Curriculum Innovator: Continuously refine our accelerator curriculum, integrating feedback to enhance the program’s effectiveness and relevance.
• Data Dynamo: Maintain meticulous records on program activities, startup progress, and mentor engagements using our internal systems.
• Community Architect: Cultivate a vibrant community among participants, alumni, mentors, and partners, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.
• Marketing Maverick: Collaborate with our marketing team to spotlight the program, attract stellar startup applicants, and elevate Techstars Berlin’s profile globally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, startup operations, or a related role within the tech or startup ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of the startup journey and the challenges faced by early-stage companies.
• Stellar organizational and project management skills with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building and sustaining diverse relationships.
• Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• A genuine passion for entrepreneurship and a commitment to empowering startup founders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
