About You:

AppDirect is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join the accounting organization. This role will be an integral part of the financial operations team. We are looking for an individual who works well in collaborative teams, demonstrates strong communication skills, is detail oriented, and who thrives in a rapidly growing environment.


What you'll do and how you'll make an impact:

• Monitor accounts payable inbox on a daily basis
• respond to vendor inquiries
• enter invoices and support vendors to upload their invoice in Coupa
• their invoices into Coupa
• set up payment batches on a weekly basis ( typically Wednesday)
• assist with processing adhoc payment requests
• support for employees with Concur - travel and expenses- updating employee profiles with manager changes
• run adhoc reports in Concur and Coupa
• doing research to assist business owners with their inquiries ( status of payments)
• setting up new vendor profiles in Netsuite
  
  
  What you’ll need/Assets:Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  
  2 to 3 years SaaS industry experience in an accounting operation role
  
  Ability to operate in a fast paced, rapidly evolving, data driven environment
  
  Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to interface with all levels of the organization.
  
  Passionate about driving continuous improvement in yourself and within your function.
  
  Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  
  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to work with large sets of data.
  
  Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
