About You

AppDirect is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a HubSpot Implementation and Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of our HubSpot platform. As a specialist, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize HubSpot’s capabilities and streamline our processes, ultimately enhancing our lead generation and customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HubSpot administration, a passion for marketing and sales automation, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.


What you'll do and how you'll make an impact

HubSpot Implementation:

  • Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of the HubSpot platform, ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions using HubSpot’s tools and features.
  • Manage data migration and integration tasks to ensure seamless transfer of existing marketing and sales data into HubSpot.

Customization and Automation:

  • Create and manage custom workflows, email templates, landing pages, and forms within HubSpot to optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes.
  • Implement lead scoring models and automated lead assignment rules to improve lead management efficiency.
  • Continuously explore and recommend new automation opportunities to enhance marketing and sales productivity.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot to provide stakeholders with valuable insights into key marketing and sales metrics.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, track lead attribution, and propose data-driven improvements for enhanced campaign effectiveness.

Training and Support:

  • Conduct training sessions for marketing and sales teams to ensure proficient usage of HubSpot tools and features.
  • Act as the go-to person for all HubSpot-related inquiries and provide timely support to address any technical issues or challenges.

HubSpot Maintenance:

  • Regularly review and optimize the HubSpot platform to ensure data accuracy, system health, and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and releases, and assess their potential impact on the company’s marketing and sales strategies.
What you'll need
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a HubSpot administrator or specialist with a track record of successful HubSpot implementation and maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s marketing automation, sales, and CRM functionalities.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing workflows, email templates, landing pages, forms, and lead scoring models within HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and deliver training sessions.
  • A proactive problem solver with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software) would be a plus.
