About you

As a Senior Manager, Cloud Communication Sales Engineer, you like to lead a team that showcases the technical value of our CX products on the Marketplace to potential clients and Partners. Through dynamic presentations and demonstrations, you like to drive revenue growth by fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company;
  • Collaborate with management on revenue goals, planning, and forecasting in accordance with company strategy and business plans;
  • Maintain continuous oversight, guidance, and communication with leadership and Program/Project Managers in the execution of contractual and professional services
  • Ensure quality service and product delivery is maintained;
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
  • Mentor and develop teammates;
  • Organize job training to team members to achieve business objectives;
  • Lead and support business development efforts;
  • Actively participate as a SME for CCaaS/CPaaS technologies, providing consultative support to other Solution Engineers in their area of specialization;
  • Drive revenue with an eye towards increase in cloud and managed service sales;
  • Perform advanced technical presentations for customers and prospects remotely and in person;
  • Develop advanced process optimizations through CCaaS/CPaaS in response to customer needs and requirements.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years’ technology and solutions Program/Project Management leadership;
  • Demonstrated analytical and time-management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or as an active member of a team;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and professionally interact with potential customers;
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/MIS/Computer Science/Telecom or equivalent work experience;
  • 5+ years of experience with CCaas/CPaaS and working on the pre-sales engineer side with customers;
  • Ability to compare leading CCaaS/CPaaS providers;
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
