About You

You are a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Your proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement help you implement best practices and enhance processes. You excel at classifying and prioritizing tasks, and you take pride in maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional support. You are comfortable using ticketing systems and are always looking for ways to optimize workflows and improve customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Oversee the order management process, including order entry, processing, and fulfillment;
  • Verify order details and ensure accuracy before processing;
  • Coordinate with the sales team to verify order details and resolve any discrepancies;
  • Manage and update ticketing system with order information and status;
  • Assist in improving ticket order processes and implementing best practices;
  • Classifying tickets based on priority, type, and complexity;
  • Assigning tickets to appropriate team members or departments.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry;
  • Some experience in overseeing order management processes, including order entry, processing, and fulfillment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying order details and processing information.
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple moving parts while actively prioritizing activities;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with English Language.
