About the Role
vCom is seeking a B2B Wireless Sales Executive to lead client engagements focused on mobile solutions. You’ll play a key role in helping mid-market customers navigate mobile carrier products—smartphones, data, IoT, WWAN, and more—to solve current and future business challenges. This role combines strategic account management with deep technical consultation, and you’ll be central to the mobile go-to-market strategy at vCom.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing customers to drive revenue growth through mobile technology solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client IT and finance teams on mobile carrier offerings (IoT, M2M, Fleet, Failover/Backup, etc.).
- Lead discovery meetings, present solutions, and own the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Management and Technology Solutions teams to build complete IT roadmaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Travel for customer meetings and events (approx. 2 trips/month).
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings; function as a technical liaison between solution providers and clients.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and activity logs in vCom’s internal sales tools.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of B2B mobile product sales experience (devices, plans, IoT, etc.).
- 3+ years of solution sales to mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of the mobile landscape and ability to sell across multiple carriers.
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong business development skills and comfort selling at the executive level, with partners and advisors
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- BS/BA preferred or equivalent work experience.
