Overview

Arthur Ventures is looking for an Operations Associate to join our team in Minneapolis and work alongside the firm’s GTM Operating Partner. This role will play a key part in supporting our portfolio companies by fostering community engagement, managing events, tracking GTM best practices & talent across the portfolio, and contributing to strategic company engagements. This is an opportunity for a motivated self-starter to join a dynamic growth equity firm and make an immediate impact on a lean, high-performing operating team.

Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Engagement

• Build and maintain community rosters, track engagement, and identify opportunities for deeper peer engagement across the portfolio.
• Help curate relevant content, insights, and introductions within our network.

Events Management

• Plan and manage virtual and in-person events for our founders and their teams.
• Capture post-event insights and feedback to iterate and improve.

Market & Technology Research

• Monitor GTM technology landscape and key go-to-market benchmarks and trends.
• Assist with curating best practices across sales, marketing, and CS functions in order to share insights across our portfolio.

Operational Support for GTM Operating Partner

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications.
• Support special projects, including development of materials and resources for our companies.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and cross-team collaboration as needed.
• Support strategic operating team engagement with portfolio companies.
• Maintain portfolio CRM database.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–2 years in marketing, consulting, investor relations, platform, advisory or community role within a growth equity, venture capital, advisory or high-growth startup environment.
• Skills: Highly organized, excellent communicator, resourceful, and proactive. Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Passion: Deep interest in go-to-market functions, the broader B2B software ecosystem and fostering community engagement.
• Tools: A quick study on new software platforms.
