We have an immediate opening for a Digital Experience Marketing Lead, with preference to those located near one of our office locations: Washington DC, or San Francisco and Redwood City, Calif.
We’re looking for a strong, experienced Digital Experience Marketing Lead to bring the Authentic8 brand to life through our digital properties. The Digital Experience Marketing Lead will oversee the strategy, expansion and daily management of our corporate site, free trials, interactive product experiences, customer portals and future digital properties. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
The ideal candidate blends web and digital expertise with strategic thinking and creativity. We are looking for someone with a strong combination of strategy and hands-on digital marketing experience, integrated campaign strategy, and data- and insights-driven experience planning.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Website properties: Create and execute the overall website strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience, and driving growth and engagement through compelling content, design and functionality. You will work closely with different teams — including sales, marketing, product and customer success — to ensure that the website accurately represents the company's brand and values, effectively communicates its product offerings and meets its business objectives.
  • Primary point of contact overseeing our corporate website.
  • Establish key metrics/KPIs, lead regular strategy review sessions and deliver insights to drive improvements.
  • Develop, execute and manage SEO strategies including coordinating keyword strategies with the product marketing teams.
  • Monitor user experiences/journeys for CRO, and recommend improvements to keep the website modernized.
  • Analyze content performance (both quantitative and qualitative insights) and provide guidance on areas of opportunity.
  • Conduct industry research and competitive intelligence to ensure the digital experience meets changing user expectations.
  • Free trials/PLG: Develop and implement strategies to drive user adoption, engagement and revenue growth through product-led initiatives. You will work closely with our product, customer success, sales and marketing teams to create world-class product experiences for our users, driving both free and paid user adoption, usage, retention, acquisition and conversion.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product-led growth strategy, focusing on user activation, usage, retention and monetization.
  • Maximize user onboarding and adoption, so users are set up for max success immediately after signup — creating time-to-value for our users as quickly as possible is the highest priority.
  • Develop and implement strategies to help users increase usage, retention and upsells month over month (if a customer increases their usage, they will retain; if they decrease usage, they have a greater probability to churn)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and implement high-impact product initiatives that drive user engagement and revenue growth.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and customer feedback to optimize user onboarding, engagement and conversion.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation, utilizing A/B testing, rapid prototyping and iterative development to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the success of product-led growth initiatives and make data-informed decisions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in product-led growth and SaaS, adapting strategies as needed.


  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, onboarding, engagement and revenue growth through product-led initiatives5+ years of product marketing, product management, growth marketing or similar, with deep experience in SaaS and product-led growth SaaS strategies
  • Previous cybersecurity experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and drive growth
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user testing and other experimentation methods
  • Experience with Drupal CMS and GA4 preferred
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and delivering value to customers

Salary Range

  • $145,000 -$165,000
