👋 Hi, I’m Sydney - Marketing Operations Manager here at Dwolla. I’m looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our high-energy, fast-paced team.
Here is what you can expect to work on in this critical role on my team:
You’ll be the driving force behind Dwolla’s revenue growth! Your key responsibilities will include outbound lead generation, such as identifying and qualifying potential clients, nurturing them through the sales pipeline, and ultimately setting the stage for successful relationships.
This role is best suited for a results-driven, highly communicative individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves to research and find ideal clients and engage in outbound (aka ‘cold’) communications. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their career in marketing and sales within a dynamic and innovative fintech environment.
Our Lead Generation Specialist will spend about 50% of their time on outbound prospecting and lead generation activities. Roughly 30% of your time will also be spent on pipeline management processes. The remaining 20% is split between developing product knowledge, reporting and sales skills and cross-functional activities.
Our team values quick-thinking, action and teamwork. We are an “all hands on deck” type of team and there may be times when you’re asked to help with something that is not directly in your wheelhouse. We’re all master multitaskers and thrive in our highly collaborative environment.
Qualities of a Lead Generation Specialist Who Will Thrive in This Role
🏎️ You’re a driver. You understand the objective or desired outcome and you take ownership and accountability (along with some creative thinking) to get us there.
📣 Communication is your jam. You’re not afraid to put yourself out there.
🗣️ Personalization is your middle-name. (Or at least it should be!) You know how to identify target segments and customize our communications to best drive conversions.
📊 You’re experienced in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or HubSpot and you understand the importance of detailed tracking.
