Joining Formlabs as Channel Marketing Manager in North America is an exciting opportunity to drive the channel marketing strategy and program execution through our top resellers in our largest regional market.

You will work closely with our channel and marketing teams, as well as our top resellers, to plan and execute their quarterly marketing plans. Your challenge:

  • Design, implement, roll-out, and track performance of Channel Marketing programs, campaigns, and processes
  • Roll-out to-partner communications, including writing, editing, proofreading, and sending out emails via Marketo
  • Contribute to develop and improve the Formlabs Partner Portal, the one-stop-marketing shop for partners, by maintaining marketing content, managing asset inventory, writing articles and optimizing navigation, among other activities
  • Build strong work relationships with our key channel partners in North America
  • Define marketing plans with our key partners and channel sales managers on a quarterly basis, including online and offline demand generation and brand awareness programs (e.g. joint events, webinars, workshops, promotions and campaigns, etc.)
  • Regularly communicate with key channel partners to provide 1 to 1 marketing guidance and support, monitor the progress of ongoing programs, and help remove obstacles, Share knowledge, tools and ideas with partners.
  • Identify use cases and user stories that can be used to create marketing value (e.g. webinars, blog posts, PR opportunities, web content, display parts, etc.)
  • Lead the marketing onboarding of new channel partners in order to enable them to run Formlabs-driven marketing activities as soon as possible


Your profile:

  • 3-4 years of experience in channel partner marketing, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Good at building personal relationships with customers and partners
  • Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics for demand generation
  • Have experience with components of a modern marketing tech stack like Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo, spreadsheets, CMS editing, and webinar platforms
  • Exceptional planning abilities and strong attention to detail
  • Results-driven and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Bonus skills:

  • Passionate about 3D printing and emerging technologies
  • Experience in rapidly growing startup environments
  • Spanish speaking skills are a plus
