We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help deliver impactful marketing campaigns in Marketo and train other users in marketing automation. This is a key role in ensuring that campaigns are successful and that high-quality leads reach the sales team quickly and efficiently.

Formlabs acquires new customers and serves existing customers via direct sales reps, e-commerce, and resellers, so the business needs are complex and the environment is fast-paced. With data at the heart of everything we do, you’ll work closely with Sales Ops, Web, and Systems to ensure proper attribution, flawless lead distribution, and timely A/B tests on formlabs.com.

This role requires an on-site presence in our Budapest office 3 days per week.

The Job

  • Work collaboratively with marketing team members on demand generation initiatives by managing the execution of email, webinars, nurturing and other digital programs (including list segmentation, set-up, and participation in A/B testing and quality assurance processes).
  • Work with the Marketing Operations Manager on maintaining data quality, improving processes, ensuring leads are routed to sales quickly and efficiently, and more.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to identify inefficient processes and apply automation technology and best practices to solve them.
  • Create and maintain segmentation in Marketo to support automated nurture, ABM, and lead scoring initiatives.
  • Build and maintain lead processing workflows in Marketo (including scoring models, flows, assignment/routing logic, and sync to Salesforce).
  • Ensure marketing emails adhere to industry best practices/benchmarks, e.g. on deliverability, open rates, and mobile rendering.
  • Troubleshoot campaigns, email deliverability, lead flow, and lead scoring.
  • Execute updates to landing pages and resources.
  • Work directly with Sales Operations to support Marketo and Salesforce API uptime, field creation, and system backlogs.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Analytics to implement reliable reporting, tracking, and attribution across all markets.

You

  • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, or digital media/ ad operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
  • A willingness to learn and a commitment to thoughtful problem-solving
  • Knowledge of technologies and processes involved with marketing automation platforms
  • An eager and willing attitude

Bonus skills

  • Marketo experience/certification
  • SFDC experience/certification
  • You have experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • You're comfortable writing basic SQL queries and manipulating data in Excel/Looker/Tableau
  • B2B Experience
