To reinvent an industry, you have to build the best team. Join Formlabs if you want to bring groundbreaking professional 3D printers to the desktop of every designer, engineer, researcher, and artist in the world. Our printers are used by Google, Tesla, Gillette, and New Balance, just to name a few.

Founded in Boston in 2011, and reaching unicorn status in 2018, Formlabs is now valued at 2Bn dollars and is one of the leading 3D printer manufacturers in the world. We opened our Budapest office to establish key Engineering and Business teams in the region. With a dynamically-growing team of 100+ dedicated people, we're building a company so diverse that we can tackle any challenge.

Formlabs is building the future of digital fabrication, and events are a critical way we connect with our users and showcase our products to the world. With over 20 tradeshows and company events across the EMEA region each year, we’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tradeshow Events Logistics Coordinator to help us scale.

The Role:

As our Tradeshow Events Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our event presence. You’ll own the execution of logistics across our tradeshow program—from shipping and vendor management to on-site support preparation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on checklists, timelines, and solving problems before they happen.

You’ll work closely with our Event Manager to bring high-impact, well-executed events to life—and help Formlabs maintain its reputation for thoughtful, high-quality experiences.

The Job:

  • Own end-to-end logistics execution for tradeshows and company events in EMEA
  • Assist the Event Manager in the operational planning and pre-show preparation to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Full ownership, track and maintain inventory of event materials: demo units, signage, swag, 3d printed demo parts and booth hardware.
  • Manage internal tools like shipping calendars, logistics trackers, and asset management systems.
  • Maintain relationships with recurring vendors and seek out new partners for more efficient execution.
  • Ensure all logistical details are documented and executed according to schedule and budget.
  • Cost controlling and reporting to ensure that we are being as efficient as possible with our transportation and logistics spend
  • Assist with post-show wrap-up: returns, damage reports, invoice reconciliation, and debriefs.
  • Expect up to 25% travel across EMEA region.

You:

  • Background in event operations and logistics coordination —whether through professional experience, internships, academic projects, or other hands-on involvement. Industry experience in B2B tech or manufacturing is a bonus.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with event freight, venue requirements, and exhibit house coordination.
  • Comfort juggling multiple timelines and shifting priorities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 kg
  • A calm, resourceful, get-it-done attitude—especially under pressure.

Bonus Skills:

  • Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Experience with international shipping or customs paperwork.
  • Knowledge of experiential event design or tradeshow best practices.

We Offer:

  • Catered lunch at the office 3 days per week
  • Private health insurance with Medicare (Blue package + hospital coverage)
  • A monthly or quarterly public transportation pass for Budapest
  • Free beverages and snacks at the office
  • All You Can Move sports pass with 7000 HUF monthly allowance
  • Free 3D prints
  • An inclusive, dog-friendly office with diverse and inspiring colleagues
  • Development opportunities both in-house and off-site
