About the Team:
We're seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support our dynamic legal team of three attorneys and one senior paralegal in a cutting edge technology company. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle diverse legal and administrative responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing: Document Management & Administrative Functions
- Format and manage legal documents including contracts, agreements, NDAs, and corporate filings
- Preparing standardized forms/templates with little direction
- Coordinate document execution through DocuSign and other e-signature platforms
- Maintain organized filing systems for digital legal documents
- Assist with contract lifecycle management and tracking key dates and renewals
What You'll Be Doing: Technology & Software Support
- Utilize Google Workspace for document collaboration, calendar management, and communication
- Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel for matter tracking and reporting
- Support legal technology initiatives and help optimize legal process workflows
What You'll Be Doing: Administrative Functions
- Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling
- Serve as liaison between legal team and other departments
- Support compliance initiatives and filings
- Cap table management - e.g., option grants
- International entity management
We’re looking for:
- Legal assistant or legal support experience, preferably in corporate or technology law
- Proficiency in DocuSign for document execution and workflow management
- Intermediate skills in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Experience with Carta and Concord platforms is preferred
- Word, Adobe Acrobat and Excel capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience using AI tools for research and drafting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in technology, software, or startup environments
- Familiarity with contract management systems
- Knowledge of corporate law, employment law, or intellectual property
- Legal studies coursework

Where you’ll be working/Location:

This role is remote in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.
