At JumpCloud, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Total Rewards Specialist to support the day-to-day administration, analysis, and compliance of our global compensation and benefits programs. This role supports the operational execution of benefits and compensation data across multiple regions, ensuring absolute data accuracy and compliance. By partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors, you will directly support our global benefits programs, compensation cycles, audits, and reporting. Your work will ensure our employees receive seamless, supportive care during life events, and that our Total Rewards operations run with high precision.

You'll partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors while supporting our global benefits programs, compensation cycles, audits, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Integrity, Compliance & Governance: Establish and execute structured audits of compensation and benefits data across HRIS and vendor platforms, while supporting statutory compliance reporting to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
- Compensation Analysis & Cycle Support Support global compensation initiatives by assisting with market benchmarking, pay equity checks, salary band updates, and job architecture maintenance, while executing data validation and system loads for annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
- Seamless Seasonal Benefit Renewals & Open Enrollment: Deliver comprehensive support during annual enrollment and renewal periods by compiling multi-country census datasets, assisting with back-end system setup configurations, tracking and submitting insurance carrier documentation, and drafting employee communications.
- Foundational Compensation and Benefits Support: Pull, validate, and format recurring and ad hoc compensation and benefits reports for HR, Finance, and leadership, supporting cross-functional decision-making and annual cycles with meticulous data preparation.
- Accurate Global Benefits Administration & Employee Support Execute end-to-end benefit enrollments, status changes, and leave tracking globally, while resolving day-to-day employee inquiries and carrier access issues with high responsiveness and accuracy.
- Perform routine benefits and compensation data validation audits across HRIS and vendor platforms to resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct basic compensation analysis, including market benchmarking, pay equity checks, salary range comparisons, maintaining salary structures/bands, and job architecture maintenance.
- Support regulatory compliance and statutory reporting requirements, including pay transparency disclosures, benefits compliance filings, and data audits as needed.
- Support annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles, including data preparation, validation, and system loading.
- Calculate benefit premium adjustments and coordinate directly with regional Payroll teams to execute accurate monthly deductions and contributions.
- Coordinate, track, and assist with insurance carrier paperwork, applications, and implementation forms for plan renewals, mid-year updates, and entity launches.
- Assist with administrative tracking and compliance tasks for medical, parental, and maternity leaves of absence.
- Coordinate and execute the processing of benefit enrollments, status changes, onboarding documentation, and terminations across regional platforms.
- Prepare accurate self-billing schedules and retrieve, format, and forward approved premium invoices to Accounts Payable while resolving billing discrepancies with carriers and Payroll.
- Update and maintain Total Rewards process guides and documentation, draft and localize employee-facing resources and communication materials, and assist in scheduling and supporting informational webinars.
- Contribute to and collaborate on company-wide wellness campaigns and health initiatives.
- Research, assemble, and update annual international paid holiday calendars across regions.
- Provide general administrative and analytical support across the Total Rewards function as priorities evolve.
Benefits Enrollment & Renewals: Deliver comprehensive support during annual enrollment and renewal periods. Compile and organize multi-country census datasets, clear background system errors, and assist with back-end setup configurations.
Documentation & Implementation Support: Coordinate, track, and assist with the completion of insurance carrier paperwork, applications, and implementation forms.
Employee Communications: Help draft, edit, and localize employee-facing resources and communication materials. Assist in scheduling and supporting informational benefits webinars.
Knowledge Management: Continually update and maintain Total Rewards documentation, process guides, FAQ’s, and employee intranet sites to guarantee accuracy.
Special Projects Support: Support the team with special projects, including system implementations, program redesigns, and vendor evaluations
Data Integrity Auditing: Perform structured benefits and compensation data validation audits across HRIS and vendor platforms.
Cross-Functional Reporting: Pull, validate, and format recurring and ad hoc compensation and benefits reports for HR, Finance, and leadership.
Compliance: Support compliance reporting requirements (e.g., pay transparency, benefits compliance reporting and filings) as needed.
Retirement and Savings Plan Support: Process global pension and 401(k) contribution updates and adjustments for payroll processing; assist with Savings Funds and other global financial products.
Employee Support: Assist in responding to day-to-day employee benefits inquiries, resolving carrier access issues, and coordinating claims escalations with brokers.
Wellness Programs: Contribute to and collaborate on company-wide wellness campaigns and health initiatives.
Global Resources: Research, assemble, and update annual international paid holiday calendars across regions (Americas, APAC, EMEA).
Ad Hoc Analytical Support: Provide general administrative and analytical support across the Total Rewards function as priorities evolve.

Qualifications & Key Competencies
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related HR function.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience in data validation and auditing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive PII/PHI data with absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Tools or systems knowledge:
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
o Exposure to modern HRIS platforms (ADP preferred) and document control tools (Egnyte, DocuSign).
● Preferred domain knowledge:
o Exposure to global benefits administration frameworks.
o Understanding of compensation fundamentals (base pay, market pricing,and salary bands).
● Behavioral or power skills:
o High degree of proactivity, taking ownership of tasks
o Ability to prioritize multiple duties and projects in a fast-paced environment.
