Landing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Verifications Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As the Verifications Supervisor, you will oversee the team responsible for the verification process for potential customers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will collaborate closely with the manager and cross-functional teams to maintain high accuracy and efficiency in the verification process.

What you’ll do:
- Supervise the verification process for new customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Member Support, and Corporate Housing.
- Conduct thorough background checks on potential customers, including identity verification, employment verification, and rental history verification.
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to the verification team, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Handle escalated verification issues and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the verification process.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and knowledge sharing.
- Take ownership of escalations and ensure timely resolution of any issues that arise.
What You Need
- 1+ years of experience at Landing (or 6 months at Landing with prior leadership/relevant experience).
- Preferably, in-depth knowledge of customer verification procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive, results-oriented team culture.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure.
- High integrity, ethics, and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
