About the Role
We're looking for a Host Operations Specialist to join the team! In this role, you'll work directly with our network of independent contractors (Hosts) to teach, equip, and empower them to provide exceptional living experiences for Landing Members. We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

What You'll Do

• Onboard & Source Hosts – Solicit, source, and onboard cleaning partners and independent contractors, ensuring they meet Landing's quality standards.
• Educate & Provide Corrective Action – Train hosts and cleaning partners on Landing's processes and deliver timely, constructive feedback to maintain service excellence.
• Monitor Job Coverage – Ensure all contracted jobs are claimed and started on time, proactively addressing gaps in coverage.
• Audit Job Completion & Payouts – Review job completion accuracy and validate correct payouts for the full fleet of individual contractors and cleaning partners.
• Ensure Compliance – Monitor and enforce receipt uploading compliance from hosts, maintaining accurate records across the network.

What You'll Need

• Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
• English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1)
• Flexible schedule (5 working days, 2 days off)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to make logical decisions and sound judgment calls under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment at a growing company

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $18,000MXN gross per month
• Grocery vouchers: $1,500 MXN per month
• Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment)
• Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment)
