What You'll Do
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Demand Generation Program Manager to join our Marcom team. This role is pivotal in driving our demand generation efforts, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales, and executing strategic initiatives to expand our customer base and grow our self-serve (Paygo) business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and has a proven track record in driving successful demand generation campaigns.
Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with Mapbox’s business goals and growth objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including website optimization, SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and events. Consistently test variables of all campaigns to achieve peak optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure cohesive and effective demand generation efforts. Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales.
Lead Management: Oversee the lead lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective lead nurturing, qualification and handoff to Sales. Implement lead scoring models and optimize lead conversion rates.
Metrics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve demand generation strategies.
Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for demand generation.
Technology Utilization: Leverage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
What We Believe are Important Traits for This Role
7+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related field, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven ability to design and execute effective demand generation campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinker with a growth mindset.
Results-oriented and highly motivated.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Our annual base compensation for this role ranges from $129,625 - $175,375 for most US locations and 5% to 10% higher for US locations with a higher cost of labor. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
