The Role
At Pantheon, our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a critical role in driving our growth. This role is focused on outbound sales development, meaning you'll proactively reach out to potential customers who may not yet know how our platform can transform their digital presence.
Your goal is to generate high-quality opportunities for our Account Executive (AE) team by qualifying leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and initiating meaningful conversations that drive pipeline growth. Whether researching and identifying new prospects, or sparking conversations through cold calls, emails, and social outreach, you’ll be instrumental in expanding Pantheon’s reach and building relationships with potential customers.
This role is based in our Vancouver, BC office and offers a hybrid work schedule. You’ll be in the office 2–3 days per week, collaborating with the team in person while having flexibility to work remotely.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Own outbound prospecting within your assigned territory, building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Generate new opportunities for the sales teams by researching, identifying, and engaging potential customers.
- Cold call and email prospects to initiate conversations and set up sales meetings.
- Assess potential prospect pains and determine fit for Pantheon’s solutions.
- Communicate Pantheon’s value proposition, tailoring outreach to resonate with different customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing leaders and Account Executives (AEs) to drive pipeline growth and refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for outbound activity and qualified opportunities.
- Attend industry events (virtual and in-person) to support sales efforts.
What You Bring to the Table
- A strong drive to learn, a passion for technology, and a willingness to engage with people.
- Previous customer-facing experience in any capacity (support, retail, hospitality, etc.) is a plus.
- Confidence in outreach to prospects through phone, email, and social channels.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize outbound efforts effectively.
- A collaborative mindset. You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing leaders, and the broader sales team.
- Familiarity with tools like G Suite, Slack, and Zoom, with a willingness to learn new sales technologies.
You’ll Stand Out If You Have:
- Experience using Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Salve Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong,, Nooks AI, 6Sense, or other sales engagement platforms.
- A proven track record in sales development (cold calling, lead generation, prospecting).
- Previous experience at a SaaS or high-growth startup.

The Canadian on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $77,000–$97,000 CAD annually. Final compensation will be determined based on role scope, experience, and geographic location.
