Your Mission

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager focused on Compensation and Benefits to join our People Operations team in the Philippines. In this role, you’ll lead and manage compensation structures and benefits programs across our Philippine operations, while supporting global alignment with our US HR team.

You’ll help ensure our rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and reflective of our values — enabling us to attract and retain top Filipino talent in a fully remote setup.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

  • Design and manage salary structures, pay bands, and job leveling frameworks for the PH team
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure compensation competitiveness and internal equity
  • Oversee benefits administration, including HMO, wellness programs, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and paid time off policies
  • Drive annual compensation review processes, including merit increases and promotions
  • Partner with payroll providers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing
  • Serve as the main point of contact for PH benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party partners
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and government reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with our US HR and Finance teams to support audits, budget planning, and reporting
  • Lead total rewards communication and education for PH employees
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to inform future programs and decisions

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on compensation and benefits in the Philippines
  • Deep understanding of PH labor law, compensation practices, and government benefits requirements
  • Proficient in using HRIS and payroll systems, with a strong background in benchmarking
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Experience managing HMO providers, payroll vendors, and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Bonus: Experience in a remote or global team environment
