The Strategic Account Director is a critical role in our EMEA operations and for the entire global Quiq organization. We’re looking for a go-to-market leader who can work with our GM, marketing and
SDR team to generate interest in Quiq, lead a solutions-oriented challenger sale, and land new business in our key verticals.

At Quiq, we work with C-level executives, customer experience and support leaders and product and engineering teams at large global brands who are building next generation Customer Experiences with Quiq. Our team works closely with Account Executives, Professional Services, Customer Success Managers.

As our Account Director, you will set the strategic vision of landing new accounts in EMEA, direct our local and US-based resources to support your strategy, and execute sales at a tactical level to grow our business with European brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for landing new business in the UK and western Europe
  • Collaborate with marketing, SDR team, our GM and the U.S.-based resources on events and activities to generate interest in Quiq, and advance sales opportunities that are in the Pipeline
  • Own a new business quota and achieve pipeline and sales targets
  • Travel to events and customer and prospect on-sites, at least 25% of the time
  • Lead new business sales strategies, including discovery, problem identification, vision casting, custom proposals, ROI analysis, project planning and deal negotiation

Minimum Requirements

  • You must have at least 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Experience with Contact Center, Customer Experience or AI software
  • Experience and interest in field sales
  • A passion for solutions-oriented consultative sales
  • Demonstrable record of setting and exceed sales goals
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for making customers successful
  • Current personal experience with AI tools and understanding of LLMs
  • Strong understanding of developing human centric CX experiences, enterprise systems and Consulting, middleware, etc.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to foster deep relationships with our prospects and customers
