We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive in the Houston, TX area to complement our sales team. This position will be considered remote and will work from home with extensive business travel. We are looking for someone with proven experience selling a technology product who can drive revenue and deliver resulting growth. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, has worked with oil and gas companies in the past, can deliver compelling presentations, has a history of consistently reaching or exceeding quotas, is dependable and customer-focused, and collaborates to find solutions. How you are contributing:

· Amplify the RealWear brand and drive revenue throughout the designated territory.

· Manage assigned territory by closing enterprise accounts and developing and maintaining channels and business partnerships.

· Responsible for growing presence of RealWear across assigned territory utilizing account analysis and strategy, account penetration, and development of executive level relationships.

· Maintain accurate information in CRM for all opportunities with minimum 12-month rolling window as well as accurately forecast sales.

· Respond, qualify, and assign Leads to resellers while providing regular updates to CRM and maintaining current information on a consistent basis.

· Serve as RealWear brand ambassador at trade show events.

· Participate in executive management reviews for large opportunities.

· Manage the closing process and dates associated with the sale.

· Travel as needed on weekends and evenings.

· Other duties as assigned.

What you need to be successful:

· Prefer 4-year degree in a closely related field but will consider combined education and experience

· 5+ years B2B Consultative Sales Experience

· 5+ years Relevant Technology Experience

· Knowledge of one or more of the following verticals: Energy, Transportation and Distribution, Mobile Sales and Service, Utilities, Construction, Manufacturing and Government

· C-Suite selling and negotiation skills

· Natural curiosity and a passion for technology

· History of producing or exceeding assigned quota on a consistent basis

· Ability to deliver compelling presentations and tell a story

· Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively

· Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
