🌍 About the Role
We need a Sales Operations & Channel Intern to help keep Sales, Partners, Orders, and Marketing Ops running smoothly.

Location: Bern, Switzerland · Duration: 6 months (with the possibility for an extension) · Full-time · Paid
What You'll Do
- Sales Ops: Track Partners reports, keep our CRM clean, manage shared inboxes (Orders, Channel, POS), support Incentives processes, and flag process gaps before they become problems.
- Orders & Logistics: Validate order entries, track shipments, coordinate across regions, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Partner Ops: Review partner applications, support onboarding, keep partner records accurate, and help marketing build partner-facing content.
🎯 What You Bring
- You have an interest in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or something in that direction, but honestly, mindset matters more than the exact field
- You're organised and actually notice when something's off (the missing comma, the wrong number, the duplicate row)
- You are fluent in English and like to work in a multi-language environment
- You're curious about AI and how it can make work smarter. You don't need to be an expert, but you've played around with tools like ChatGPT or Claude and have ideas about where they could help
- You're cool with things moving fast and priorities flipping.
- You're a team player with a good can-do mentality, a deliver-to-promise attitude, and a hands-on problem-solving mentality
Very Nice to Have
- You've worked with HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP tools, and are comfortable working with Excel
- You've had a taste of logistics, operations, or sales support before
- You've actually used AI tools to automate something boring — we want to hear about it
Nice to Have
- You're into tech, hardware, or coding, and how global partner networks work.
