🌍 What You’ll Do
We’re hiring an Account Executive to drive RealWear forward across the US. In this role you will:
- Own direct enterprise relationships across the assigned US territory, end to end. Cycle times are measured in months, not days.
- Run channel partner relationships in parallel through our established ecosystem of distributors, resellers, software partners, and system integrators. Your job is to deepen it, not build it from zero.
- Sell solutions, not products. The strongest RealWear AEs lead with the customer’s operational challenges and bring the technology in as the answer, not the opening.
- Use AI as a daily tool to move faster than the market. We invest in the right tools and expect you to use them.
- Travel 30 to 50 percent across customer visits, partner sessions, and field demos.
🎯 What You Bring
- Disciplined with the number. Honest forecasting, real close dates, real next steps. You know exactly where every deal stands and you flag problems early not when it's too late to do anything about them.
- Accountable, not managed. You'll have direct executive access and genuine influence on how we go to market.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. We're a small company moving fast. You bring structure to your own work, ask hard questions, and don't need everything figured out before you move.
- AI fluent. You use LLMs to move faster on research, outreach, and deal strategy — as a genuine competitive edge, not a novelty. If that's not already how you work, this isn't the right fit.
A proven B2B sales track record is strongly desired but not absolutely necessary. We’ve hired strong operators from operations, channel, and industrial backgrounds. Tech, AR, or industrial sector experience is a plus. Spanish or Portuguese helps for cross-border opportunities.
Western US preferred. PST or MST based.
