About the Team:
Snappr is the world’s largest on-demand marketplace for visual content. Our teams are entrepreneurial, collaborative, and impact-driven — solving complex customer challenges at a global scale. Every project you take on will contribute to how businesses tell their stories visually, helping us set the standard for visual content worldwide.
About the role:
An HR Admin Assistant helps keep Snappr compliant and organized by managing important government and company paperwork. This includes processing government filings and payments, handling banking and legal documents, and keeping employee and company records accurate and easy to access. Your work plays a key role in keeping the company's operations compliant and well-organized — giving the business a strong administrative foundation so the rest of the team can focus on growth.
What you’ll do:
- Government and statutory transactions: process SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR filings, registrations, and remittances, and handle employee benefit claims and contribution follow-ups.
- Banking and corporate documents: prepare and file physical bank forms (e.g., BDO signatory and authorizer updates), and route documents for wet signatures, notarization, and apostille.
- Regulatory and corporate filing support: assist counsel and accountants on SEC, LGU, and BIR requirements, including the office closure and transfer (permits, board resolutions, certifications, OSH and labor standard compliance).
- Records retention and documentation: maintain 201 files, the government remittances masterfile, and compliance and PRF trackers so documents and proof of payment are filed and retrievable.
- Vendor and accounting coordination: collect proof of payment and withholding-tax certificates (2307, 2316) and coordinate with external accountants and vendors, and handle vetting and sourcing of vendors.
- General People Ops support: prepare standard letters and paperwork, and support onboarding, offboarding, and audit-readiness.
- Workplace liaison: serves as the first point of contact with the admin building, manages gate passes and permits, handles internal communications such as meal forms and reminders, and assists with compliance requirements.
- Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
