Suzy is looking for a proactive, self-motivated Go-To-Market Project Manager to join our Product Marketing team. You will be tasked with guiding go-to-market initiatives from marketing strategy kick-off through campaign launch, and become the integral shepherd of all product marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys working across campaign mediums, from email to in-platform communications to social content and product videos.


  • Oversee the development of marketing’s go-to-market strategy and campaign plans. Work with Product Managers to align on timelines that balance product release with marketing needs.
  • Create and manage project timelines, partnering with product marketers to scope all deliverables, assess and avoid project challenges, and identify key resources and stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal and external creative resources with the Senior Director to manage workloads while ensuring flawless delivery
  • Communicate project statuses to all stakeholders and proactively avoid any potential roadblocks
  • Manage project requests from other departments, namely sales and customer support, to accurately and efficiently scope and resource according to team skill set and availability
  • Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals through trackers, documentation and Asana
  • Manage and optimize the organization of product and sales enablement materials within internal company platforms, working closely with the Sales Enablement lead
  • Monitor, manage, and document all changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Partner with the Senior Director on ad hoc projects as needed
  • Ideate and implement process improvements through new workflows and tools
  • Experiment with internal and external AI tools to find efficiencies in existing work and new opportunities


  • 3-5 years’ experience managing go-to-market projects with a cross-competency team within a SaaS company or for a product marketing team.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the nuances across creative outputs, including social, digital, email, in-app, and longer-form research reports.
  • Experience with formal project management methodologies, including various forms of project tracking, documentation, and administration
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately identify and mitigate project risk, forecast timelines, and budget accordingly
  • Working knowledge of project management software (Asana, JIRA, etc.), Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google tools, and other standard web tools and technologies
  • Familiarity with Brazy & Hubspot a plus
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and research skills
