Our website is a critical touchpoint for how we share our story, connect with customers, and launch new initiatives. We’re looking for a freelance Webflow Developer to partner with our product and marketing teams to keep the site modern, scalable, and automated.
We are looking for a consultant with their own legal entity. $45-60/hr.
The Role
We need a hands-on technical Webflow expert who can do more than drag-and-drop. You’ll collaborate directly with product managers, designers, and marketers to build new pages, optimize workflows, and integrate automation. This role requires technical depth, not just surface-level Webflow design skills.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Suzy’s product and marketing teams to create new site functionality in Webflow.
Build and maintain responsive, high-performance landing pages aligned with our brand guidelines.
Implement custom code, scripts, and Webflow CMS features to extend beyond native capabilities.
Set up automation workflows (e.g., using Workato, Zapier, Make, or native integrations) to streamline lead capture, form submissions, and data sync to other systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, analytics).
Optimize site performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Provide technical input on design feasibility, scalability, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and fix bugs quickly, ensuring minimal downtime.
Be available the weekend of Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, 5th to launch our new homepage and supporting site pages on Monday, October 6th
Who You Are
Proven experience building complex sites in Webflow, including custom code and CMS integrations.
Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to extend Webflow when needed.
Experience with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar).
Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations (CRM, analytics, etc.).
Eye for detail in design and UX, but also comfortable saying “no” to avoid over-engineering.
Strong communicator who collaborates well with both technical and non-technical teams.
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.
Nice to Have
Experience working with SaaS or tech startups.
Familiarity with analytics (Google Analytics, Segment, Mixpanel) and marketing tools.
Background in automation for sales/marketing ops or product-led growth sites.
