Ecosystem Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager with a unique blend of project management/ event and marketing experience to join our team. You will work closely with our Ecosystem Team to help grow Ecosystem Programs through special global projects, innovative events, community platforms and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will plan and execute special global projects, connecting Techstars early stage entrepreneurs to key community players across the globe.

About the role:

• Plan, coordinate and execute special projects for the Ecosystem team and work closely with internal and contractor teams
• In Partnership with Director of Operations support various Ecosystem partner relationships, manage partner contracts, attend partner meetings
• Develop detailed project plans, documentation and reports for partners and internal teams
• Effectively communicate program goals and details with internal teams, following projects from start to finish with exceptional communication
• Support global recruitment of Community Leaders through SEO, ads, social media, and AMAs
• Create engaging content for our audiences and deliver through social channels, blog, newsletter, and AMAs
• Execute engagement strategies on the Techstars community platform for startup founders and Community Leaders

About you:

• Meticulous attention to detail, great communication and organizational skills with outstanding work ethic
• Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills
• Be a leader with a mastery of written and verbal communication and have a love of social media and content creation
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Committed to professional growth by using self-awareness to course correct
• Thrives on being highly efficient and time-effective
• Ability to influence people you don’t work directly with every day
• Can work effectively independently and in a team environment

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Experience in a marketing/content-driven/events role preferred
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) across projects
• Experience of the startup ecosystem is a benefit
