The Impact You Will Have
The Performance Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role on the Growth Marketing team as a driver of high-quality leads across various paid media channels.. This role will be responsible for overseeing all performance-related paid media efforts including campaign optimization, budget management & channel expansion across search, social, display & programmatic.

What You Will Do Daily

  • Analyze paid media performance to inform optimization strategies.
  • Fine-tune budget mix to ensure global lead generation goals are met.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive lead generation across the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel.
  • Optimize paid media spend and maximize direct ROI through:
  • Continuous monitoring of campaigns
  • Adjustment of creative elements
  • Audience targeting
  • Channel mix optimization

Why You Will Love It Here

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaigns and/or demand generation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience functioning in a growth-mindset focused environment
  • Experience in SEM, paid social, display & programmatic required
  • Experience in audience segmentation, retargeting & funnel optimization
  • Data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of inbound & outbound marketing tactics, lead generation and measurement plan creation
  • Adaptable and flexible to change
  • Willing to collaborate with other SMEs across multiple departments without losing sight of the end goal
  • Willing to lead from the front and remove obstacles in the way of execution as applicable.
