Vendasta is a leading marketing automation reseller platform dedicated to empowering businesses with the tools and services needed to grow and scale. We are in search of an experienced Program Manager to lead our CRM, Sales, and Marketing program. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our suite of tools including CRM, marketing automation, form builder, funnel builder, and more, to drive success for our clients and partners.

About the Job

As a Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of our CRM, Sales, and Marketing initiatives, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and implementation of our key products and features. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings solve real-world problems, create value for customers, and align with our business goals.

Your Impact

As a Program Manager you'll work with our Team to:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of our CRM, Sales, and Marketing program, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Manage the lifecycle of our marketing and sales tools, from market research and ideation to deployment and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer success, to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analysis and metrics collection to inform decision-making, track program performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of trends in fintech, edutech, martech, and other relevant industries to inform product development and competitive positioning.
  • Drive growth and innovation within the program, leveraging your expertise in B2B, SaaS, eCommerce, Payments, Education, and Marketing solutions.

What You Bring to the Table

Proven experience as a Product Leader or Program Manager, with a strong background in CRM, Sales, and Marketing.

  • At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 4 years as a technologist.
  • Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, user experience design, and metrics collection.
  • Deep knowledge of the fintech and martech domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with partners to drive results.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about leveraging technology to enable business solutions.
