About the Job
As a Sales Enablement Creative Specialist, your mission is to produce strategic content that aligns with sales goals and supports our broader business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all sales enablement content is up-to-date, visually engaging, and strategically sound. Your efforts will help drive product adoption, foster strong customer relationships, and ultimately contribute to the success of our sales team.
Your Impact
As a Sales Enablement Creative Specialist, you'll work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with sales goals and target audience needs.
- Collaborate to create high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and email templates, ensuring all content reflects the latest product updates and market positioning.
- Partner with sales training teams to develop and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and other tools that enhance sales effectiveness.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales materials to ensure alignment with evolving sales strategies and objectives, providing ongoing support to sales teams.
- Manage centralized content repositories and facilitate feedback loops to continually refine and improve sales enablement content based on insights from sales and customer interactions.
What You Bring to the Table
You bring a strong background in creating persuasive sales content, with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy that drives action. You have:
- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management (PMM), GTM Management, sales content creation, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in creating sales and marketing content across multiple formats, along with strong copywriting, copyediting, and technical writing skills.
- Extensive experience with design software and tools, with the ability to ideate and execute visually compelling business collateral.
- Familiarity with value proposition or product marketing frameworks and value-based selling techniques.
- Experience navigating and maintaining a CMS for various stakeholders.
- Excellent cross-functional partnership building skills and a track record of working effectively with teams.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
