About the Job:
The mission of the Marketing and Funnel Specialist is to architect and optimize high-performing marketing funnels and support digital advertising initiatives that drive measurable lead generation and client acquisition outcomes. The Digital Advertising and Funnel Specialist acts as a subject matter expert in GoHighLevel and complementary platforms, enabling scalable, automation-powered marketing for internal growth and client-facing programs. As part of Vendasta’s AI-forward marketing team, this role also helps evolve our funnel strategies through smart automation, AI tools, and iterative testing to deliver improved marketing ROI.
Your Impact:
Funnel Strategy & Implementation
- Design, build, and iterate multi-step marketing funnels using GoHighLevel and other automation platforms.
- Align funnel architecture with campaign objectives and client value propositions.
- Optimize user flow across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and follow-ups using performance data and testing.
Campaign Management (Email & SMS)
- Develop, deploy, and optimize automated email and SMS campaigns.
- Handle segmentation, dynamic content, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices.
- Ensure compliance with privacy standards such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA.
Digital Advertising Support
- Assist with building, launching, and reporting on paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).
- Translate ad insights into funnel refinement recommendations.
- Collaborate on creative iterations to improve campaign performance.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and report funnel KPIs including conversion rates, engagement, and cost-per-lead metrics.
- Conduct structured A/B tests on funnel elements and campaign assets.
- Share insights and iterate based on real-world results.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Account Managers, Media Specialists, and Design to ensure campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and results-oriented.
- Actively contribute to strategy sessions, retrospectives, and planning sprints.
What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years’ experience with GoHighLevel or similar funnel/campaign platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of email/SMS marketing automation and compliance
- Proficient in data interpretation, campaign analysis, and reporting
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, and organizational ability
- Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally in a fast-paced team
- Experience with paid media (Google, Meta/Facebook Ads)
- CRM or lead nurturing platform experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
- killed in funnel troubleshooting, testing hypotheses, and data-driven decision-making
