We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator for an 18 month term who is energized by delivering exceptional operational and recruitment support and excited to streamline HR and talent processes through AI-powered tools. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed—while shaping the future of AI for local economies

Your Impact:

As a People Operations Coordinator, you'll work with the People Operations team to:

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer, ensuring an inclusive and candidate-centric experience.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate timely hiring decisions, and support onboarding through documentation and workflow tracking.
• Maintain accurate data across HRIS and recruitment systems, process employee lifecycle changes, and administer performance and onboarding workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline candidate communications, improve data accuracy, and drive automation across People Ops processes.
• Assist with reporting and dashboards for hiring metrics, recruitment timelines, and process improvements.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• You bring 2–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment.
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments where multitasking and prioritizing are key.
• You have hands-on experience with tools like BambooHR, ATS platforms, and Google Workspace.
• You’re excited about using AI to improve workflows and reduce admin overhead.
• Familiarity with resume screening tools, workflow automation, and data reporting is essential.
• If you’ve worked in a SaaS or tech environment and hold a degree in HR, Business, or a related field—that’s a strong asset.
