  • Collaborate with internal teams across Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Operations to translate business needs into scalable EDI and system integration solutions

  • Support onboarding of new trading partners by defining mapping specifications, conducting testing, and managing production cutovers

  • Provide mentorship on EDI and integration design patterns and contribute to long-term systems architecture planning

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems integration or backend engineering roles, with a focus on EDI integrations
  • Deep expertise in EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and familiarity with key transaction sets used in supply chain and finance workflows
  • Hands-on experience with EDI platforms or integration tools (e.g., Cleo, SPS Commerce, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato)
  • Strong proficiency in data transformation and mapping technologies, and understanding of structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and flat files
  • Familiarity with backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and experience building or managing APIs
  • Familiarity with ERP, logistics, and finance systems such as NetSuite, 3PL platforms, or similar
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage integration projects end-to-end
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in high-growth environments with complex business systems and data ecosystems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
