WHOOP is hiring a Senior Product Manager (Platform) to lead the evolution of the WHOOP core member experience, with a primary focus on Sleep. In this role, you will define how WHOOP surfaces sleep data, insight, and guidance to help members build a deeper understanding of one of the most critical drivers of their health and performance. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring the sleep experience deepens member trust, reinforces WHOOP as the most accurate and actionable sleep platform available, and drives meaningful improvements in member behavior and outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for WHOOP's Sleep experience, aligned with company goals around trust, accuracy, and long-term member value.

  • Lead the evolution of existing and development of new sleep features, from the morning experience to wind-down and everything in between.

  • Translate complex physiological data and algorithm outputs into clear, compelling, and actionable member experiences that build lasting trust in WHOOP's sleep intelligence.

  • Partner closely with engineering, machine learning, research science, and design teams to deliver accurate, high-quality sleep experiences grounded in science and member insight.

  • Contribute to the evolution of WHOOP's core platform capabilities, ensuring sleep data and insight are effectively integrated across WHOOP surfaces and external partners.

  • Define and track success metrics for sleep initiatives, with a focus on member trust, engagement, and behavior change.

  • Collaborate across the Product team to maximize the impact of the sleep experience, ensuring it connects meaningfully with recovery, strain, and coaching surfaces.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on consumer health, wellness, or data-driven products.

  • Experience building products grounded in complex data or physiological signals, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical depth into intuitive member experiences.

  • Technical fluency to engage deeply on algorithm outputs, data models, and system architecture, able to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science on technical tradeoffs.

  • Demonstrated comfort with and usage of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate product execution.

  • Strong product judgment and ability to make tradeoffs between depth of insight and simplicity of experience.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority in complex, fast-moving organizations.

  • Comfort operating across strategy and execution, from defining long-term vision to shipping high-quality product increments.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform prioritization and measure product impact.

  • Experience operating effectively in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity to new or evolving product areas through strong prioritization and execution.

  • Passion for building incredible consumer experiences in health, fitness, or adjacent domains.
