Canvas mobile 3D capture application is transforming the remodelling and renovation industry. Just by scanning with an iPhone, Canvas can capture a 3D model of a house in minutes and then convert it into a CAD model. We are a global remote-first company with presence in the United States and Europe, and have many distributed employees.

In 2013 we released the world's first mobile 3D sensor. Over the years we've built a top technology for SLAM, 3D reconstruction, and conversion of scans into semantic CAD models. In 2020, Canvas was featured in Apple’s own keynote about the iPhone 12 Pro as a significant example of what you can do with its new LiDAR sensor.

We are looking for an Account Manager who is responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company's key customers. The role requires a deep understanding of the customer's business, industry, and challenges, as well as a thorough knowledge of the company's products, services, and capabilities. The Account Manager works closely with the sales team, product team, and other internal departments to develop and execute account management plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the customer and internal teams to develop and execute account plans that align with the customers business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to the customer and internal teams on account performance, growth, and opportunities
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the customer on how Canvas and 3D scanning can address their challenges
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute account-specific marketing program and campaigns
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and build relationships with strategic customers

You should have:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager
  • Experience with any CRM software (preferably Hubspot), with CRM best practices
  • Strong understanding of the customers business and industry
  • Proven track record of upselling and cross selling solutions into an existing book of business and exceeding sales targets
  • Multi-faceted sales approach including collaborative selling with other internal and external partners
  • Comfortable with public speaking; leading webinars, while also having great phone etiquette
  • 15% travel required

  • Understanding 3D Scanning

Compensation will be based on experience and skill, commensurate with market rates and will include both salary and equity in Canvas.
