LOCATION

Infleqtion has 4 office locations, operating out of Boulder (Colorado), Madison (Wisconsin), Chicago (Illinois) and Oxford, UK. This is a hybrid, full-time position in our Oxford/ Kidlington office.

Position Summary

As a Accounts Assistant at Infleqtion you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring our company's financial processes run smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a thriving company. The ideal candidate will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.

Requirements

  • Maintain and update project related financial records
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage payroll and ensure compliance with relevant UK regulations
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Support the finance team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Managing payments and bank account transactions
  • Maintain and develop finance-driven processes
  • Assist in setting up a new ERP financial system


What you will bring to the team:


Technical Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Accounts Assistant or in a similar role
  • ACCA or similar bookkeeping qualification preferred
  • Solid understanding or basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Knowledge in accounting software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service levels at all times
  • Proficient with numerical data
  • Confident in data management and analysis
